I bought it a few months ago and sat through (OK, I don't always "sit through" DVDs, but eventually I saw the whole thing) it a couple of times.
Everything was a plot device. Everything. It was clockwork, and not particularly interesting clockwork, either.
I am something (I say modestly) of a caper movie "buff." And...no. Just no.
(I thought I had seen it in theatrical release, and I certainly remember the "use of foreign languages as a turn-on" part, but apparently I missed a lot.)
