Winter coat 2: probably fine if a little short in the sleeves; needs warmth testing
Rock Band PS3 drum adapter: not actually a PS3 adapter and seller won't contact me
Shoes: fit perfectly, shredded my heels until bleeding occurred; returned
Shoes 2: fit right but are a type of shoe I didn't realize I hated; returning
Rock band guitars: 1 out of 2 functions; returning, except I don't think the rep got my email right so I can't give him my serial number
Guitar strap: looks nothing like the picture advertised, trying to return
Drumsticks: recommended by internet, but not particularly happy with them; unreturnable
Drumsticks 2: sized wrong according to the internet, 1 out of 2 good anyway; other unreturnable
Drumsticks 3: actually the ones I wanted to begin with

Yeeeeeeah. I just bought a headset/microphone from eBay that was billed as USB as I'd spoken with friends who have the same item and the non-USB item failed very quickly but the USB version worked really well. Imagine my surprise when my item arrived and was NOT USB! Still trying to sort that out. It's not on the same level as coats, shoes, etc (although I DO have some shoes I'm trying out. Perhaps they are too large? perhaps not? I am not sure yet!) though. GOOD LUCK BRAVE SOLDIER.
