kilroyEvery once in a while I'm reminded just how true the XKCD tech support flowchart is. What continues to baffle me is that some people still seem unable to grasp the simple concept. Try stuff that makes sense! If it doesn't work, try other stuff!
I was talking to Bobbi Jo yesterday, and it seems like I'm probably top three (of the people not actually employed for their technology skills) with using our new computer system. This boggles my mind. I didn't do anything that required any specific knowledge, I just played around until I figured out how it worked!
Given how important this computer system is, why hasn't everyone else been doing the same thing?
