kilroyI need to write tonight for Yuletide. I've been gathering kindling and preparing a place for the fire, but I need to actually start trying to light it. It's going to take a lot of strikes before anything catches. (How's that for an overextended metaphor?)
On the plus side, I managed to bang out an unrelated children's rhyme earlier this morning that I was pretty happy with. Writing: I can do it. When I actually, you know, do it.
