Waters of Mars reconsidered

I watched the last ten minutes of the show again twice, and it worked a lot better for me. I'm not sure if this is because it was disconnected from the rest of the show and having it in isolation worked better, or if having pre-absorbed it took the edge off the shock. Either way, it didn't bother me so much.

I can still pick fights with two lines of Doctor-dialogue, I still think the monsters got short shrift, and I still think a certain final-act solution by a certain female character was the wrong one. But me thinking I could write it better is not anything new with RTD.
