Voices in my head
Aug. 4th, 2009 01:04 pmI've spent thousands of hours in the Whoniverse. I've read something on the order of 200 novels, listened to over a hundred audio dramas, watched 30 seasons of television (most multiple times), and imagined myself in that world for uncountable hours.
All this has led me to a very simple conclusion concerning Dr. Who fiction:
If I can hear the Doctor and his companions speaking in my head, it's usually a good story. If I can't, then it definitely isn't.
