I don't have the background / time to check for historical rigor, but it makes me happy. :)

I sat down to work on Yuletide this afternoon, and one of my characters--without prompting--dropped the piece I needed in my lap. I know the core of the story now.

Now to plotting out scenes and making diagrams.

ETA: Or I could be pulled back to my desk for another scene that wanted to get out. That also works. :)
