Primeval, in brief
Jun. 28th, 2009 07:50 amSeason One: A freshman effort, defining the parameters of the universe and a little awkward as it's finding its legs but with visible potential.
Season Two: The series begins to hit its stride. Better developed characters and stylistic consistency keep things moving. Not without blemish, but definitely improved from the first season.
Season Three: A total train wreck, but only if that train somehow manages to also jump a shark at the same time.
I don't think the show was cancelled so much as put out of its misery. What the hell happened?
