Two wheels 6-15--04
Jun. 15th, 2004 04:50 pmGot out my bike and rode it for the first time in many, many months. I'm horribly, terribly out of shape-- like, to the point where it's interfering with my daily life. Also my bike is broken. But right now I have that awesome post-exercise glow, so it's all right. I can get my roommate to look at my bike and see if he can magick the gear shift into working again-- if not, I'll take it to the shop later this week.
I can never do anything right after work; I'm mentally exhausted, blunted to the point of uselessness. But I can ride. Maybe I'll start riding every day after work-- make it a regular thing, start to get back in shape a little bit. If it gives me more energy I could always attack all those other life problems when I get home. :-)
