Most of you know what OTW is, and if you do, have probably already made up your minds one way or t'other, so I won't try to persuade you. For those who don't, if:
- You enjoy watching music videos made by fans, using clips from tv shows and movies.
- You have ever read and enjoyed a fan-written story using existing media characters.
- You've seen and liked art, manips, or other creative uses of images from comics, movies, tv shows, etc.
- You generally support fair use, and believe that creative interpretation is an important part of culture,
