Doctor Who 4x11: Turn Left

Well, the trend of stealing every good plot device from the books continues. Faction Paradox is such a better name than the Trickster Brigade, though.

Unfortunately, I thought it was a pretty boring episode. Which sucks, because I really like Donna, and I really like Faction Paradox, and this didn't do either of them justice.

That teaser, however.... they got everyone? Everyone from the expanded modern Whoniverse? Holy shit. These episodes had better be long, there's a lot of faces to cram in.

Part of me is still excited by this in the same "Oooh, the Master's back!" way. And then I think... God of the Daleks... heart of the TARDIS... the power of prayer... and I get a little depressed. Especially with that cackle at the very end of the trailer.

I appreciate the fact that RTD is tying his little knot at the end of his era. But that entity does not cackle.
