"But now it's personal. He trashed the Clintons, deliberately slandered them and wrecked not just their reputation but their legacy. He has singlehandedly destroyed race relations in America. He branded white people as inherently racist unless proven otherwise. He said nothing while his surrogates and supporters showered the women of America with a disgusting level of misogyny. He proved he uses sleazier campaign tactics than I am comfortable with, and most unforgivably, he has joined together with others who want to "reform" the Democratic party by essentially hijacking it and turning it into a libertarian party - with no room and no representation for the working class, old people, women, nonblack minorities (even blacks are going to figure out if they haven't already that he's going to screw them over), gays, disabled people, in short the entire what used to be Democratic party, apart from rich white people."

I just... what the hell, people? I see more of this...

...than anything else, anywhere I look on the internet. Irrational arguments for calling someone else irrational because they don't agree with you. On both sides.

Give me reasons. Give me examples. Give me primary sources. Listen to me when I talk, and respect the fact that I might not have the same ideas you do.

This is not dialogue, it's a circus. And it's really starting to make me feel ill.
