Hmmm. Need a hand here.

kilroyTo my two and a half readers-- I need a hand finding or creating a webcommunity that has the following:
* Ability to post stories for individual and group critique, preferably
with some way to mark-up copies as one would in paper form
* Bulletin boards, both off of every story, and for general discussion,
all of which are easy to create and navigate
* Regular chats to discuss story drafts, as well as just hang out
* Organization and calendar for local in-person meetings
* Help to get stuff actually published
If one exists out there on the Internet--and I'm sure at least a dozen do--I need to find a good one. If not, well, we're going to have to make one.
