1) It helps to respond to problems immediately, as opposed to two weeks later.
2) Talking to the instructor first may simply and easily remedy your problem.
3) Just because a teacher's policies or behaviors have a negative impact on your life doesn't mean they're unfair.
4) Even if they really are unfair, that doesn't mean there's anything we can do about it.
5) The ONLY reason you will get your money back is if we break our own rules. If you broke our rules, it's your problem.
