Friend of mine with no health insurance has probably done some moderately serious damage to her fingers. She's a student on scholarship and has no money to speak of.

How can she get this looked at / taken care of?

It's scrambling time here in my office. We have Big Important Budget Things due soon, and the people who I thought I had good quotes from... I don't actually have good quotes from.

Should still be fine, but it's made for an interesting morning.
