Today's projects

1) Vote. Duh. I haven't done extensive mega-research, but I've done enough to vote and not feel like an idiot about it. Have my little cheat-sheet all prepared to make sure I don't forget anything on the little local elections.

2) Pick yuletide fandoms. Is it wrong that I mostly like the challenge for the writing and not the reading?

3) Do a crapload of Nobilis planning. Game last night exploded into a lot of really interesting possibilities, and we've got the first 11-player game coming up in a week and a half.

I've gotten cynical as I've gotten older. I never thought I would look at voting figures in genuine awe.

The stories I've been reading, the sheer outpouring of hope and participation. I'm truly, honestly proud to be in this country, and I long since stopped thinking I would be.
