More gaming goodness

So next semester I'll probably be running another Play-by-Email game. It's not going to happen anytime before break, because I have NaNo for the next month and I'm going to be crazy with school on top of that. But sometime in early 2006 there will be game. The thing I'm looking at making is something like a cross between X-Com, Aberrant, Master of Orion, and Rifts. There will be superheroes and interdimensional portals. There will be espionage, alliances, and backstabbing. There will be a double helping of extremely weird things. There will be up to twelve players. I'll poll when I'm closer to actually launching, but keep your schedule open in Spring if this sounds interesting. Or tell your friends that I'm plotting something evil again. :)

Side note: while I was thinking about the new game, I went back and re-read the Anomaly stuff I wrote. I found this in the rules:

SPECIAL NOTE: Killing another player would be VERY VERY EASY. It is in your best interests to start coming up with defenses or backups in case of your unfortunate demise early in the game.

Players. They listen, but they do not hear. >:)
